SureScan Document Scanning
SureScan is TWi's document scanning service that will reduce the amount of time you spend looking
for information. TWi's document scanning services provide customers with an accurate and cost effective method to electronically scan and retrieve stored paper documents.
When all of your documents have been scanned you will be supplied with an external hard drive and a document of completion ensuring all of your documents have been scanned.
Pricing for our document scanning service is based on the number of indexing fields you need. An indexing field is the method you use to electronically retrieve your document after it is scanned. If you need to input a name and a social security number that is considered two indexing fields.
SureScan Document Scanning Service Fees
(1) One Index Field .09 cents per document
(2) Two Index Fields .12 cents per document
(3) Three Index Fields .15 cents per document
*Pick up fee for orders $60.00 (onetime only)
If you wish, our SureShred Document Destruction division will shred your documents once the scanning function is complete. If you want your documents returned to you, SureScan will do so for a onetime $60.00 restocking fee.
